This Zucchini Dip recipe goes well with your fresh garden vegetables. But, you can put it on crackers, too. It is quick and easy to make.

2 cups shredded zucchini
1/2 cup plain yogurt
4 cloves minced garlic
1 teaspoon parsley
1/4 teaspoon salt
Fresh garden vegetables
Recipe Variation: Try this recipe with 1/4 teaspoon of oregano.
First, shred the zucchini. Then, squeeze out excess moisture.
Next, mix all ingredients together.
Place a cover on the bowl, and chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Cut up fresh garden vegetables.
