It’s mid-summer, and you never imagined how many cherry tomatoes a couple of plants could produce. What are you going to do with all those cherry tomatoes? Why, Sauté them, of course!! Use this sauteed cherry tomatoes recipe for a delicious treat. It’s easy to make, too.

2 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
4 cups cherry or grape tomatoes, cut in half
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tablespoon fresh chopped basil
1 Tablespoon fresh chopped parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
First, heat olive oil in a large skillet.
Next, add tomatoes and sauté until they are heated through about 3-4 minutes.
Then, add garlic and continue to sauté for 2 minutes.
Stir in herbs, salt, and pepper.
Remove from heat.
Serve hot.
