Pumpkin Pie Fudge Recipe Description

It’s just not Fall until pumpkin delights of all kinds show up in restaurants, bakeries, and in your kitchen. This pumpkin pie fudge recipe tastes like a creamy pumpkin-pie flavored treat, perfect for fall.

Yield: approximately 4-5 dozen pieces.

Pumpkin Pie Fudge Ingredients

1 1/2 cups granulated sugar

2/3 cup evaporated milk

1/2 cup mashed pumpkin (canned)

2 Tablespoons butter or margarine

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice

1 package (12 ounces) of vanilla-flavored baking chips

2 cups miniature marshmallows

1/3 cup chopped nuts (optional)

1 1/4 teaspoons vanilla extract

Directions How to Make Pumpkin Pie Fudge

  1. Lightly grease the sides and bottom of a medium saucepan with butter or margarine.
  2. Place sugar, evaporated milk, pumpkin, butter, salt, and pumpkin pie spice into a saucepan.
  3. Stir constantly over medium heat.
  4. Bring the mixture to a boil and boil for 12 minutes.
  5. Remove from the heat.
  6. Stir in the baking chips and marshmallows until melted.
  7. Stir in nuts and vanilla.
  8. Pour the fudge mixture into an 8-inch square pan that has been lined with foil and greased.
  9. Chill mixture until set.
  10. Cut into small squares to serve.
  11. Cover and store in the refrigerator.
