Peach Cobbler Recipe
Description: If peaches have ripened on your peach trees, or are now
available at your local market, it's time to try this sweet and delicious
Filling Preparation Directions:
Place sliced peaches into a 1 1/2 quart baking dish.
Sprinkle cup sugar onto peaches.
Dot with butter.
Crust Preparation Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 375 ° F.
Mix together flour, baking powder, sugar and salt.
Cut in butter.
Slowly stir in heavy cream until dough is manageable.
Roll dough onto a floured surface.
Place dough over peaches.
Bake for 35 minutes, until top crust is a golden brown.
Serving Tip: Try vanilla or peach ice cream on top.
