Most of us go to the grocery store once a week or more. There are lots of ways to save on your grocery bill. Never go to the grocery store empty-handed. Rather, check your refrigerator, freezer, and pantry first. Then, make up a list. Then, go to the store and only buy those items. Importantly, avoid the temptation to impulse buy. That’s where the grocery stores manage to separate you from your limited budget.
