There are lots of recipes for green beans. But not so many for yellow wax beans. If you like dill, this Dilled Wax Bean recipe is definitely worth trying.

1-pound yellow wax beans, washed
1 strip bacon
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon honey
1 Tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
6 Tablespoons cider vinegar
Snap off ends of beans.
Snap bean in thirds.
Place beans in a large saucepan with bacon.
Cover with water and simmer for 30 minutes.
Drain and remove bacon. Season with remaining ingredients. Stirring well to mix in.
Serve hot or cold.
