In a hurry for a quick dinner? No problem. There are just a few ingredients in this tasteful baked beets recipe. So, it’s quick and easy to make.

7 beets
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup honey
1 teaspoon salt
Scrub the beets.
Remove tops.
Parboil beets for about 1/2 hour.
Drain well.
Pre-heat oven to 350° F.
Slice beets and place them in a greased glass baking dish.
Dot with butter or margarine.
Pour honey over beets.
Sprinkle on salt.
Cover and bake for one hour and twenty minutes.
Serve hot.
