  • 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cups whole wheat flour

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1 cup baking apple, peeled and finely chopped
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cups vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup milk

How to Make Apple Oatmeal Cookies:
  1. In deep fryer, heat oil to 375 F.
  2. In a bowl, combine dry ingredients.
  3. Stir to combine.
  4. Stir in raisins and apples.
  5. In a large bowl, combine egg, honey, vegetable oil, and milk.
  6. Stir in dry ingredients, mixing until it forms a smooth batter.
