Did You Know? The largest apple ever picked tipped the scales at an amazing three pounds. That’s a whole pie in itself!
Vegetable oil for frying
2 cups Bisquick mix (or All-Purpose Buttermilk Baking mix)
1/2 cup water
1 egg
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 3/4 cups unpeeled cooking apple, chopped (I.e.. Granny Smith, 20 Ouncer, gala)
1/4 cup powdered sugar
Wipe down range hoods with vegetable oil.
Range hoods collect all kinds of grease. Then, dust attaches itself to the grease making an ugly mess. Ad a couple of drops of vegetable oil on a paper towel or rag. Then, wipe the range hood. The grime comes off easily without scrubbing that can scratch the hood.
