Zucchini Patties Recipe
Description: Quick and easy, zucchini patties can be served
with many "toppings" . This recipe calls for a cheese or cream sauce.
Ingredients:

1 large zucchini, unpeeled

1 onion, peeled
-
1 cup bread crumbs, plain
-
1/2 cup wheat germ
-
1 egg
-
salt and pepper, to taste

1/4 cup bread crumb, to coat patties
-
2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
Preparation Directions:

Grate the onion and zucchini

Combine zucchini, onion, bread crumbs, wheat germ, egg, salt and pepper in
a bowl. Mix together.

Make six patties.

Put more bread crumbs into another bowl.

Coat zucchini patties in bread crumbs.
-
Heat oil in a skillet and fry zucchini patties, until browned.
-
Warm some cheese sauce or cream sauce in the microwave.

Place a pattie on a plate and pour sauce over the pattie.
