Sauteed Cherry or Grape Tomato Recipe
Description: It's mid-summer, and you never imagined how many cherry
tomatoes a couple of plants could produce. What are you going to do with
all those cherry tomatoes? Why, Saute them, of course!!
2 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
4 cups cherry or grape tomatoes, cut in half
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tablespoon fresh chopped basil
1 Tablespoon fresh chopped parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
How to Make Sauteed Cherry Tomatoes:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet.
Add tomatoes and saute until they are heated through, about 3-4 minutes.
Add garlic and continue to saute for 2 minutes.
Stir in herbs, salt and pepper.
Remove from heat.
