Made with American cheese, this is a kid favorite. You can substitute with just about any kind of cheese. So, if you are a cheddar cheese, lover, use cheddar. Try this stuffed potato supreme recipe at your next dinner.

4 medium potatoes
1/2 cup American cheese, grated
2 Tablespoons butter
1/4 cup celery, minced
1/4 cups almonds, blanched and chopped
1 cup thick white sauce
salt and pepper to taste
paprika
Bake potatoes at 350 ° F until done.
Remove from oven, and cut into halves, lengthwise.
Scoop out the insides and mash. Set potato shells aside.
Add remaining ingredients and beat until fluffy.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Stuff potato shells. Sprinkle a little paprika on top for color.
Put stuffed potatoes into the oven and bake until the top is a light brown.
Serve with sour cream and chives on the side.
