3 Tablespoons minced onions
4 Tablespoons butter
2 cups cooked beets
2 cups cooked celery, diced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 1/2 tablespoons vinegar
Cook beets in water until soft. Drain
Cook celery in water until soft. Drain.
In a frying pan, sauté minced onions vegetable butter.
Add remaining ingredients and cook thoroughly.
Serve hot.
