You can make your own healthy, homemade organic Wheatgrass juice. It’s easy! Homemade juice is fresh and saves you lots of money. Here is a basic wheatgrass juice recipe. You can alter the recipe, adding other ingredients, if you prefer. Just make certain that anything you put into is it organic.

Wheatgrass (enough for 1/2 cup, chopped)
2-3 cups purified or filtered water (1)
1 lemon
Note:
(1) Vary the amount of water in this recipe. depending upon your taste preference. Use 2 cups, if you like a strong taste. Or, use up to 3 cups of water for a weaker taste.
When blades are 8 – 10 inches long, cut them 1/2 inch from the ground.
Wash wheatgrass blades.
Roughly chop blades.
Put 1/2 cup of chopped wheatgrass into a blender.
Add 2 – 3 cups of water.
Blend on the highest speed for 1 minute.
Cover a strainer with a piece of cheesecloth.
Strain wheatgrass through the cheesecloth.
Squeeze the juice of one lemon into the wheatgrass juice and stir.
Serve chilled or on ice.
