Vegetable Kabobs Recipe
Description: This is the perfect vegetable to prepare as your garden
veggies ripen. And, cooking them up on the grill is always special.
||Zucchini, cut into 1/2" slices
||Summer Squash, cut into 1/2" slices
||green peppers, cut into 1 1/2" pieces
||whole Mushrooms (not too big)
||garlic, crushed or finely minced
Alternate vegetables onto six skewers.
In a small bowl, mix Italian dressing and garlic.
Brush Italian dressing and garlic onto vegetables.
Grill on medium heat, turning frequently.
Brush more Italian dressing onto the kabobs a few times as they grill.
Cook about 10-15 minutes, until vegetables are crisp on the outside and tender
on the inside.
