1 1/2 cups cooked (or canned) snap, shell or, lima beans
1 1/2 cups cooked (or canned corn)
1/2 cup milk
2 Tablespoons butter or margarine
1/4 teaspoon salt
a dash or two of black pepper
Preheat the oven to 350 ° F.
Keep 1/2 cup of liquid from cooking the beans and squash.
Pour 1/2 cup of liquid and all ingredients into a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish.
Stir to mix.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes.
Serve hot.
