4 cups rutabaga, diced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup water
2 Tablespoons butter or margarine
4 Tablespoons brown sugar
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
Preheat the oven to 350 ° F.
Combine all ingredients together in a casserole dish.
Cover with a lid.
Bake in the oven for 1 1/4 hours, or until rutabaga is tender.
