4 cups rhubarb, washed, cut into bite-sized pieces
1/2 cup sugar
boiling water
1 6 ounces package of strawberry Jell-O
Cook rhubarb in boiling water until tender.
Drain and set aside.
Make Jell-O according to the package directions.
Stir in sugar until dissolved.
Mix in rhubarb pieces.
Chill in the refrigerator.
