This Sautéed Peppers and Onions recipe makes for a great condiment. To many people, you can’t have Italian sausage without it. It goes great with other sausages, too. Many of us, enjoy sautéed peppers and onions on hot dogs. And, put a pile on your plate to eat by itself…Yum!

2 green Bell peppers, cleaned, seeded, and cut into strips
One large onion, cut into strips
One Clove of garlic chopped
1/4 cup olive oil
1/8 cup burgundy or red wine (not too sweet)
1/2 stick butter or margarine
1/2 tsp. Beef Bouillon
