Fried Pepper Rings Recipe
Description: You can fry up just about any vegetable. Peppers
are no exception. Note, while this recipe calls for green peppers, you can
fry banana peppers and hot peppers, too.
Yield: 6 - 8 servings
5-6 green peppers
1 egg, beaten
bread or cracker crumbs
Wash peppers, and remove seeds inside.
Cut peppers into 1/4" to 1/2" rings.
