Fried Pepper Rings Recipe

You can fry up just about any vegetable. Peppers are no exception. Note, while this recipe calls for green peppers, you can fry banana peppers and hot peppers, too. You’ll love this Fried Pepper Rings Recipe.

Fried Pepper Rings Recipe Ingredients

5-6 green peppers

1 egg, beaten

bread or cracker crumbs

Recipe Directions

  1. Wash peppers, and remove seeds inside.
  2. Cut peppers into 1/4″ to 1/2″ rings.
  3. Dip into egg, then coat with bread or cracker crumbs. Fry in hot oil, until browned.
  4. Remove from oil, and place on paper towels.
  5. Serve hot with remoulade sauce, sour cream, or your favorite dipping sauce.
