Sweet Peas are a fantastic veggie. They go well with so many things. And freshly picked peas are Ohhh sooo sweet. Make this Sweet Peas in Sour Cream recipe tonight.
Yield: 6-8 servings

1 1/2 cups fresh-picked peas (or, 1-10z. package frozen peas)
1 cucumber, peeled and diced
1/2 teaspoon tarragon
1/4 teaspoon marjoram
1/2 cup thick sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon sugar
Cook peas and diced cucumbers in boiling water until peas are tender.
Drain.
In a double boiler, mix together the remaining ingredients. Simmer, stirring frequently.
Pour sauce over peas and cucumbers.
Serve hot.
