Glazed Parsnips Recipe
Description: This is an old fashioned, easy to prepare parsnip recipe.
Cut into wheels.
Cook in boiling salt water, until tender.
Melt butter in a large skillet.
Add remaining ingredients, except parsley, and stir until thoroughly mixed.
Cook on low heat for 5 - 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
Pour into a serving dish.
Sprinkle parsley on top.
