Marinated Vegetables Recipe

4 broccoli spears, cut into bits sized pieces
1 small cauliflower, cut into bite sized pieces
8 large mushrooms, sliced
1 Medium green pepper, diced
3 stalks celery, diced
8-10 baby carrots, sliced length wise
1 small onion, minced
1/2 cup sugar
2 teaspoons dry mustard
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup vinegar
1 1/4 cups vegetable oil
2 teaspoons poppy seeds
How to Make Marinated Vegetables:
In a small bowl, mix together the marinade ingredients, set aside.
In a large bowl, mix together all the vegetable ingredients.
Pour marinade over the vegetables and mix everything together.
Marinade for several hours.
