Marinated Vegetables Recipe Ingredients

Vegetable Ingredients:

  • 4 broccoli spears, cut into bits sized pieces

  • 1 small cauliflower, cut into bite-sized pieces

  • 8 large mushrooms, sliced

  • 1 medium green pepper, diced

  • 3 stalks of celery, diced

  • 8-10 baby carrots, sliced lengthwise

  • 1 small onion, minced

 

Marinade Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup sugar

  • 2 teaspoons dry mustard

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 cup vinegar

  • 1 1/4 cups vegetable oil

  • 2 teaspoons poppy seeds

Recipe Directions

  1. In a small bowl, mix the marinade ingredients. Then, set it aside.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together all the vegetable ingredients.
  3. Pour marinade over the vegetables and mix everything together.
  4. Marinade for several hours.
