Hot Potato Salad Ingredients

6 potatoes

2 slices bacon

1 small onion, minced

1/4 cup vinegar

3/4 teaspoon salt

dash black pepper

1/4 cup sour cream

Directions How to Make Hot Potato Salad

Boil potatoes.
Drain and allow to cool a little.
Peel and slice potatoes.
Fry bacon until crisp.
Remove bacon and crumble.
Brown onion in bacon fat.
Add vinegar, salt, pepper, crumbled bacon, and sour cream.
Mix in sliced potatoes.
Serve hot.
