Serves: 6-8

Four cups of Green Beans, cooked
1/4 teaspoon salt (omit for low salt diets)
1/4 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
3/4 cup grated Cheese
2 Tablespoons Butter or Margarine
1/3 cup Cream
First, cook beans, if fresh.
Pre-heat oven to 400 ° F.
Melt butter.
Place beans in a greased baking dish.
Add salt and cayenne pepper.
Sprinkle on 1/2 cup cheese.
Add butter and cream.
Stir together.
Top with remaining cheese.
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
Remove from oven and serve hot.
