Dutch Spinach Greens Recipe
Description: This easy to make recipe will be a definite addition

Fry bacon until crisp.
Keep drippings in the pan.
Chop bacon coarsely.
Toss bacon and spinach in a salad bowl.
Blend flour and bacon drippings.
Add water, sugar, vinegar, salt and pepper.
Cook on low heat until thick, stirring constantly.
Allow to cool slightly.
Pour mixture over spinach.
Coarsely chop hard boiled eggs and sprinkle over the spinach.
