You can make this cottage cheese salad recipe any time of the year. But, it seems to taste best in the hot summer months. This recipe is low in calories and low carb.
crisp, head lettuce leaves
red onion, peeled, and sliced thin
tomatoes, cut into 1/8 wedges
Put lettuce leaves into a salad bowl.
Place a scoop of cottage cheese onto the lettuce leaves.
Arrange four tomato wedges around the cottage cheese.
Place a few slices of red
Lightly pour Italian dressing on top.
Sprinkle a little paprika on top for color.
Recipe Tip: Try Different Vegetables with cottage cheese. Use your imagination, as many vegetables go well with it. For example, thin strips of sweet peppers are an excellent choice.
