Sweet Corn Salad Recipe
Description: This sweet corn casserole recipe is quick and easy to
make. And, Oh so good! For the best taste, use your own home grown sweet
corn, and home made creamed corn.
1 - 16 1/2 ounce can cream style corn
1 - 16 ounce corn kernels
1 - 8 1/2 ounce box corn muffin mix
1 cup low fat sour cream
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Coat a 13" X 9" baking dish with cooking oil spray.
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients until well blended.
Spoon contents into the baking dish.
Bake in oven for 30 minutes.
