Serves: 4
6 cups water
juice of 1 lemon
6 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tablespoon salt
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 cups rappi, chopped
1 1/2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
1 1/2 tablespoons grated romano cheese
Bring water, lemon juice, garlic, salt and oil to a boil.
Add rappi and boil until it is tender, about 8-10 minutes.
Remove from heat and drain.
Pour into a serving dish.
Top with cheeses.
Serve hot.
Wipe down range hoods with vegetable oil.
Range hoods collect all kinds of grease. Then, dust attaches itself to the grease making an ugly mess. Ad a couple of drops of vegetable oil on a paper towel or rag. Then, wipe the range hood. The grime comes off easily without scrubbing that can scratch the hood.
