This tasty Celery seed Dressing is not available in the stores. But, if by chance you find it in a store, it will not taste as good as fresh, homemade. This recipe is ultra-easy to make.
Yield: 1 cup

1/3 cup sugar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon tarragon vinegar
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon celery seed
2/3 teaspoon salad or vegetable oil
Combine and thoroughly mix all ingredients, except salad oil.
Slowly add salad oil while beating with and electric mixer.
Refrigerate until ready to use.
