Celery Stuffing Recipe Ingredients

1/2 cup bacon fat

1 Tablespoon parsley flakes

2 onions, chopped

2 quarts breadcrumbs

1 quart, chopped celery stalks and tops

1 tea,spoon salt

1 teaspoon black pepper

Water

Making Celery Stuffing Directions

  1. In melted bacon, cook onions for a few minutes.

  2. Add celery, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper.

  3. Mix together.

  4. Add a little water at a time until it reaches a nice consistency.

  5. Serve hot, by itself, or stuff it into your favorite meat.
