This is a nice and hearty recipe. It is good for both lunch and dinner. It will taste extra good, on a cool fall day, just after you harvest the cauliflower from your garden. Try this Cauliflower with Tomato Cheese Sauce recipe tonight!
Yield: 6 – 8 servings
Did You Know? Cauliflower comes in 4 different colors. Of course, white is the most common. Other colors include green, orange, and purple.
1 head cauliflower, cooked
1 clove of garlic, minced
2 Tablespoons butter or margarine
1 can of tomato soup
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Break cauliflower into pieces.
Cook cauliflower in boiling water. Keep warm.
In a separate pan, sauté garlic in butter for 3-4 minutes.
Add soup, and heat until bubbly.
Place cauliflower onto a serving dish, or individual plates.
Pour tomato soup over the cauliflower.
Sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
