Orange Glazed Carrots Recipe Ingredients
8 carrots
3 ounces frozen concentrated orange juice
2 Tablespoons melted margarine
6 Tablespoons sugar
Recipe Directions
- Peel carrots.
- Slice carrots lengthwise, about 1/2″ thick. Or, slice carrot wheels.
- Cook in boiling water, until tender.
- Drain, and place in casserole dish.
- Mix orange juice, butter and sugar together.
- Pour orange glaze mixture over carrots.
- Cook in pre-heated oven at 375 ° F for 20-30 minutes.
- Serve hot.
