How often should you change your bedsheets? The experts say once a week. Dust, dead skin cells, and other yucky stuff build up quickly. If you have allergies, you’re sleeping on one of the causes of all that sneezing. Drool on a pillow leads to bacteria.
Capture the dust by rolling up the sheets as you take them off of the bed.
