This Cheesy Broccoli and Rice recipe is a family favorite. It is a hit with kids and adults. It’s more than just a vegetable recipe. The recipe is very easy to make. There are just five ingredients. Preparation time is only a few minutes.

1 cup minute rice
1 can mushroom soup
2/3 cup milk
1 cup Velveeta cheese
16 oz. broccoli
Preheat oven to 375° F.
Cut cheese into cubes.
Cook fresh broccoli until soft.
Mix all ingredients into a casserole dish.
Bake for 35 to 45 minutes.
Serve hot.
