Blueberries and peaches make a fantastic flavor combination, especially when baked in a pie. Aunt Bev simply described this as “It’s Yummy”. When you try this Blueberry Peach Pie recipe, I’m sure you will agree. Please note, she never described what kind of pie pastry. So, use your favorite.

pie pastry
4 medium (3 cups) peaches, pared and sliced
2 cups blueberries
1 cup sugar
3 Tablespoons cornstarch
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 Tablespoon margarine
Note: This pie tastes great, topped with whipped cream.
