1 1/2 pounds fresh Asparagus
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup sour cream
2 Tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon dill seed
Put asparagus and salt into water and cook until soft. For low salt diets, cook asparagus without salt. Drain.
Mix together sour cream and dill seed, and heat in microwave, until hot.
Pour sauce over asparagus when serving.
