Asparagus Casserole Recipe
Description: Once you try Asparagus casserole, you will use
this dish on a regular bass to feed your family. It makes a great "dish to
pass" at events, and will go quickly.
Pre-heat oven to 325° F.
Cook asparagus in boiling water for just 5 minutes.
Drain and place asparagus in a casserole dish.
In a saucepan, melt butter or margarine.
Blend in flour and salt, and stir until thickened.
Remove from heat, and stir in cheese.
Pour sauce over asparagus.
Sprinkle bread crumbs on top.
Bake in oven for 30 minutes.
