This dip is easy to make. This recipe has just three ingredients.

1 can artichoke hearts
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Lightly mash the artichoke hearts and drain off excess water.
Mix with mayonnaise and one half of the parmesan cheese.
Pour into a small greased casserole bowl.
Top with remaining cheese
Bake for 20-25 minutes.
Serve warm with crackers.
