8 banana peppers
12 ounces pepper jack cheese
8 ounces cream cheese
Note: You can use hot or sweet banana peppers with this recipe.
First, wash and peppers cut open at the stem end, and remove the insides.
Next, grate pepper jack cheeses
Then, in a bowl, blend together grated pepper jack cheese and cream cheese.
Stuff the peppers with the cheese mixture. Use a pastry bag, if you have one.
Chill in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.
Cut each pepper in thirds or serve whole.
