Cinnamon Onions Recipe Ingredients

6 onions

ground cinnamon

butter or margarine softened

Cinnamon Onions Recipe Directions

Peel onions.
Cut off both ends of the onion.
Boil onions in salted water until just starting to get tender.
Drain and place onions on a greased baking dish.
Use a knife to almost quarter onions, to open them up.
Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Dot with butter or margarine
Bake in the oven at 350 ° F for 20 minutes.
Serve hot.
