Lima Beans in Sour Cream Ingredients

3 cups fresh (2 packages frozen) lima beans

2 Tablespoons chopped onion

1/4 cup water

2 tablespoons chopped pimiento

2 Tablespoons butter or margarine

1/2 cup sour cream

Dash of pepper

Recipe Variation: Try adding a little parsley or chives. Just sprinkle them on top before serving.

First, cook the lima beans and chopped onion in boiling water until tender, about 12-15 minutes. Drain.
Add remaining ingredients.
Stir to mix.
Heat thoroughly
