  • 4 cups cooked kale
  • 1 Tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon chopped chives
  • 1 cup sour cream

Directions How to Make Kale with Sour Cream

  1. First, pace kale into a microwavable container.
  2. Add butter, sugar, salt, pepper, lemon juice, and chives.
  3. Heat thoroughly in the microwave.
  4. Stir in sour cream.
  5. Reheat the Kale with sour cream until hot, stirring occasionally.
