You can use dried herbs from a bottle. But, cooking with your own fresh garden herbs is much more fun. This herb wine sauce recipe is good on beef, lamb, and poultry. Try it on baked or grilled meats. The Chili Sauce adds a “kick” to it. But, it’s not overpowering “heat”.

First, mix together all of the ingredients.
For oven-baked meats, brush sauce on the meat just before putting it in the oven, and again about 15 minutes before it is done.
For grilled meats, set meat on the grill and brush on sauce.
Lastly, turn meat when half-cooked, and apply the Herb wine sauce to the second side of the meat.
