Herbed Cornbread Recipe Ingredients

2 eggs
2/3 cups milk
1/4 cup yellow mustard
2 packages (8 1/2 oz. each) corn muffin mix
1 1/2 cups finely chopped celery
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
/14 cup pimiento, drained and sliced
1/2 teaspoon sage
1/2 teaspoon thyme

Directions How to Make Herbed Cornbread Recipe

Lightly beat eggs, milk, and mustard.
Add remaining ingredients, stirring until batter is slightly lumpy.
Pour batter into a greased 9-inch square pan.
Bake at 400 ° F for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the herbed cornbread is golden brown.
