Did You Know? Potatoes have more potassium than a banana.
10 lbs. boiled potatoes, peeled and diced
1 lb. American cheese, diced
one green pepper, diced
1 onion, chopped
1 small pimiento, diced
Salt and pepper, to taste
Milk
1/2 cup melted butter
Corn Flakes
Preheat oven to 350 ° F.
Mix together potatoes, cheese, green pepper, onion, pimiento, salt, and pepper.
Add enough milk to moisten the mixture.
Grease a baking dish.
Pour the mixture into the baking dish.
Pour butter on top of the potatoes.
Sprinkle corn flakes on top.
Cover and bake for 1 hour.
Serve hot.
