Anything and everything tastes better when homemade. Making your own Roquefort or Blue Cheese salad dressing is a cinch. You’re probably asking yourself “why didn’t I make this homemade Roquefort blue cheese dressing recipe my own before!?”
Yield: 1 cup

1 cup mayonnaise
4 ounces Roquefort or Blue Cheese, crumbled
2 tablespoons cream or half and half
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon minced onion
1/2 teaspoon Tobasco sauce
Note: You can leave out the Tobasco sauce, if desired
Mix all ingredients together.
Refrigerate overnight.
