How to Make Pumpkin Cheese Bread

Pumpkin Cheese Bread Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups sugar
1 - 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup margarine
16 ounces canned pumpkin or pumpkin puree
3 1/2 cups all purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1 cup chopped nuts
How to Make Pumpkin Cheese Bread:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a large mixing bowl, combine sugar, cream cheese and margarine with an
electric mixer until well blended.
Add eggs, and mix together well.
Blend in pumpkin puree.
In a separate bowl, mix together all dry ingredients.
Add dry ingredients to batter, mix together well.
Fold in chopped nuts.
Pour batter into two greased 9 X 5inch loaf pans.
Bake in oven for one hour.
Test with toothpick for doneness.
Remove from oven and allow to col for a few minutes.
Turn onto a cooling rack.
Serving Tip: Serve the bread warm or cold.
