3 potatoes
3 carrots
1 cup of warm milk
2 Tablespoons butter or margarine
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
tomato sauce
Peel potatoes and carrots.
Boil in saltwater until tender.
Mash carrots and potatoes together.
Add milk, butter, salt, and pepper.
Beat until fluffy.
Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
Bake in the oven at 350 ° F, until the top, is browned, about 20 – 25 minutes.
Warm tomato sauce in the microwave.
Serve with tomato sauce.
