1 – 30 oz. package hash browns, thawed
16 oz. sour cream
8 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 – 10 3/4 oz. can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/4 cup butter or margarine
2 Tablespoons parsley flakes
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
Pre-heat oven to 350 ° F.
In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients.
Pour into an ungreased 2-quart baking dish.
Bake uncovered in the oven for one hour.
Serve hot.
